A link has been created on the home page that lists all the regional speedskating Olympians since speedskating became part of the Olympics (1024). To-date, 33 Olympians have been identified. The list includes individual webpages for each Olympian showing events, medals, accomplishments, photos, etc.
There is still some data in question, a few formating issues, some photos missing, etc. If anybody has additional contributions (photos, awards, etc.) towards this effort, please email them to Midway.
Hopefully, the data can be cleaned up within a few days/weeks.

12/20/06 - Skater Clothing Orders
All midway skaters will be receiving a NEW team jacket. They should arrive next month. The new jacket will feature a refreshed Midway Speedskating Logo embroidered on it. There is an option to have the skaters name put on the jacket, however, the exact process for doing this has not yet been finalized. Team jacket sizes were estimated for everyone and all orders were previously placed. The NEW team jackets are currently NOT available in the adult-small size, so skaters were either upsized or down-sized accordingly.
The attached Optional Clothing Order Form shows additional items that each skater, and/or their family members, could decide to purchase. Each optional clothing item will have the new Midway Speedskating Logo on it as well, however, the Logo will either be embroidered or silk-screened on it, depending on the item. All optional clothing items are available in all sizes listed. Prices listed are retail-only and do not reflect Midway's pricing agreement. Estimated delivery would be 4-6 weeks.
If the skater would like to purchase any of the optional clothing, then please submit your order to Tim Ronchak on, or before, Thursday December 28 before the end of practice.

The annual Midway Holiday Party will be held on Monday December 18, in the Fireside Room at the Guidant John Rose Oval. The party begins following practice, at approximately 6:30 or 7:00 PM. The event is potluck. Hope to see you there.

The February 17, 2007 Novice Speedskating Meet is from 1:00pm-3:00pm (not 12:00pm-2:00pm as previously stated)
"Non Roseville Novice Speedskaters" (i.e. Those skaters not enrolled in the Roseville Parks and Recreation Novice Speedskating Program), need to sign a waiver and pay a $10.00 fee per skater, per meet, in order to compete.
